2. Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. Fitness is something that emerges from the sessions, not a prerequisite.

3. What equipment do I need?

None. Just some space and something comfortable to wear.

4. How long are the sessions?

They vary. Short enough to fit into real life, long enough to feel meaningful.

5. Is this a workout or a skill programme?

It’s a practice. You’ll move, sweat, and breathe — but the focus is learning boxing fundamentals properly.

6. Will I look stupid doing this at home?

No one can see you. That’s the point.

7. Is there any video?

No. The programme is deliberately audio-led so you can focus on feel, not appearance.

8. Why audio instead of video?

Because boxing is about timing, balance, and awareness — not copying shapes on a screen.

9. What if I can’t keep up?

You’re not meant to “keep up”. You go at your own pace, pause when needed, and repeat sessions freely.

10. What if I miss instructions or get confused?

That’s normal. Instructions are repeated, and repetition is part of the design.

11. Is this safe?

Yes, if you listen to your body. You’re explicitly told to stop if something feels wrong.

12. Is this suitable if I’ve never exercised before?

Yes. Many users will be starting from zero.

13. Will this help me lose weight?

Possibly — but that’s not the promise. The focus is consistency and capability, not scales.

14. Is this trying to turn me into a boxer?

No. It’s giving you the first step into boxing-style movement and discipline.

15. What happens after Session 10?

You’ll have a solid foundation — enough to repeat, progress, or step into a gym if you choose.

16. Can I repeat sessions?

Yes. Repetition is encouraged.

17. Do I need to follow a schedule?

No. The programme fits around your life, not the other way around.

18. Is there any community or leaderboard?

No. This is private, personal work.

19. Is my data being tracked or sold?

No. Your data is yours.

20. Why is it only £9.99?

21. Is there a subscription or upsell later?
